About
The one who thinks.
“Bibin” means the one who thinks. This site is built on that idea: think it through, then build it — in hardware and in code.
I'm Bibin V R — a developer and researcher working with @Tovex-AI, based at Srinivas University, India. My work lives where physical machines meet code: real-time PLC data logging and high-speed check-weighers running on Raspberry Pi, AI-powered document analysis, and full-stack web platforms. I like problems that span the whole stack — from a load cell signal all the way to a dashboard a person actually uses.
- ii. Industrial IoT — Bridging PLCs, sensors, and edge devices to capture and act on real-time data from the factory floor — reliably, even on flaky networks.
- iii. Edge Computing — Running real workloads on constrained hardware like the Raspberry Pi: data logging, classification, and reporting close to where the data is born.
- iv. AI Systems — Applying NLP and retrieval to make information usable — turning static documents into something you can ask questions of.
- v. Full-Stack — Designing and shipping web platforms end-to-end, from typed back-ends to real-time dashboards and polished, motion-rich front-ends.

Who is Bibin V R?
Bibin V R is a developer and researcher based in India, working with @Tovex-AI (TØVEX SYSTEMS) on industrial IoT, edge computing, AI systems and full-stack engineering. His research focus at Srinivas University is industrial IoT and edge computing architectures, and he publishes under ORCID 0009-0003-5205-2523.
What does Bibin V R work on?
Systems where physical machines meet code: real-time Mitsubishi PLC data logging, high-speed in-motion industrial check-weighers running on Raspberry Pi, automated batch PDF reporting pushed over SMB, AI-powered document analysis, and the full-stack web platforms and dashboards around them.
What technologies does Bibin V R use?
Python for IoT and data logging, TypeScript and React for platforms and dashboards, Node.js for CLIs and npm tooling, plus C++ and C# for embedded and desktop work. On the hardware side: Raspberry Pi, Mitsubishi PLCs, load cells and IR/motion sensors, all running on Linux.
What is a check-weigher, and what did Bibin V R build?
A check-weigher weighs products as they move along a production line and sorts them into under, accept or over. Bibin V R built a high-speed in-motion check-weigher on a Raspberry Pi 4 using an XT1000 transmitter, a T16 load cell and IR plus motion sensors for timing, along with plc-checkweigher — a one-command installer that adds real-time Mitsubishi PLC register logging, per-batch PDF reports, SMB push and a live operator dashboard.
Where can I see the code Bibin V R has written?
On GitHub at github.com/Bibin-VR, with published packages on npm under ~tovex. Every project is also documented at bibinvr.tech/projects, and the project list on the site updates automatically from GitHub.
How do I contact Bibin V R?
By email at contact@bibinvr.tech, or through the contact form at bibinvr.tech/contact. He is open to collaborations in industrial IoT, edge computing and AI systems.
